This sweepstakes is in no way a solicitation to buy goods or services.

A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THE NRA BATTLEFIELD VEGAS $1 MILLION SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) BEGINS AT 12:01 AM EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON 5/25/22 & ENDS AT 11:59 PM ET ON 7/11/22.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States & Washington D.C., age 21 years or older who are licensed drivers at time of entry. Void in MN, MT, WA & where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal & state & local laws & regulations. Governed by U.S. law. Employees, agents, successors & assignees of the National Rifle Association of America (“NRA”) ("the Sponsor"), Battlefield Vegas, SCA Promotions Inc. (“SCA”) & their collective advertising & promotion companies involved, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize providers as well as family & household members of the same (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry. Method #1: To enter online & make a contribution (“online entry”), visit www.NRABattlefieldVegas.org or the URL indicated in the solicitation you receive & follow all online entry instructions to enter the sweepstakes, including indicating how many sweepstakes entries you wish to submit. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/25/22 & 11:59 PM ET on 7/11/22. All online entry notices posted at website apply, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.nra.org/privacy.aspx. Online entries are deemed to be made by authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Method #2: To enter via U.S. Mail: If you received a personalized offer, complete & return the Official Entry Form per instructions provided. Or visit www.NRABattlefieldVegas.org & follow all instructions posted to print & complete the alternate method of entry. In either case if entering by mail, return as many fully separated sweepstakes entries as you wish (up to the maximum ten [10] available) with your Official Entry Form. Entries that are not completely separated from each other will not be eligible for inclusion into any drawing. Entries must be postmarked between 5/25/22 & 7/11/22 & received by 7/18/22.
REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD OR PRIZE DRAWING THERE IS A LIMIT OF TEN [10] SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES SUBMITTED PER DAY. Any attempt to exceed this daily limit may automatically disqualify all entries from that entrant. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third party’s failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Sweepstakes implementation. No mechanical reproductions of entries accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property & will not be returned or acknowledged.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase or contribution of any kind necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Begins 5/25/22; ends 7/11/22 (“Entry Period”). One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two to Las Vegas including roundtrip coach airfare (or ground transportation if winner lives within 100 miles), 4 days/3 nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, $1,000 for meals, ground transportation & misc. expenses, up to four Battlefield Vegas experiences for winner only & subject to availability: Modern War Outdoor Shooting Experience, Grunt APC Driving Experience, M60A1 Main Battle Tank, M114 Howitzer 155MM Artillery Experience. Verifiable Retail Value (“VRV”) of trip plus experiences: $13,736. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to participate in a game of chance (detailed below) to be held at Battlefield Vegas for a chance to win between $10,000 cash & $1,000,000 cash per the details below. Grand Prize total minimum VRV $23,736; total maximum VRV: $1,013,736. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:378,000. GRAND PRIZE WINNER GAME OF CHANCE DETAILS: The winner will have the opportunity to participate in a shooting game of chance at the Battlefield Vegas location to be supervised & filmed by personnel from the Sponsor or any of its agencies. The Grand Prize winner will shoot one shot at a group of twenty (20) numbered targets corresponding to Set One. If he is not able or willing to shoot or misses a target completely, he will select one (1) and only one (1) envelope from Set One of twenty (20) envelopes. Each Set One envelope will contain a prize amount. Seventeen (17) envelopes will contain $10,000. One (1) envelope will contain $25,000. One (1) envelope will contain $50,000. One (1) envelope will contain $100,000. After selection, he may open that Set One envelope corresponding either to his shot or his selection. The amount revealed represents the minimum amount of the cash awarded as a portion of the Grand Prize as described above. Thereafter, the targets will be restored to create twenty (20) new numbered targets corresponding to Set Two. The Grand Prize winner will shoot one shot at a group of twenty (20) numbered targets corresponding to Set Two. If he is not able or willing to shoot or misses a target completely, he will select one (1) and only one (1) envelope from Set Two of twenty (20) envelopes. Each Set Two envelope will contain a multiplier. Seventeen (17) envelopes will contain a one-time (1X) multiplier. One (1) envelope will contain a two-time (2X) multiplier. One (1) envelope will contain a three-time (3X) multiplier. One (1) envelope will contain a ten-time (10X) multiplier. After selection, he may open that Set Two envelope corresponding either to his shot or his selection. The total cash amount won is the multiplier number revealed in the Set Two envelope times the cash prize amount in the Set One envelope.
FURTHER GRAND PRIZE WINNER INFORMATION: All costs & expenses associated with the acceptance & use of the Grand Prize trip not specified herein, including, but not limited to, ground transportation/meals (other than as noted in $1,000 allowance), inflight charges, in-room charges, fees, gratuities, incidentals, service charges, upgrades, insurance, federal, state & local income taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. Guest must be 21 years or older & will be required (in addition to the Grand Prize winner) to execute & return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. In the event the Battlefield Vegas experiences are not available, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation than to award the remaining portions of the Grand Prize. In the event reservations are made for the trip and/or Battlefield Vegas experiences & the winner cancels his/her attendance thereafter, those portions of the prize shall be deemed awarded. Actual value of trip/experiences depends on location of winner & airfares at time of departure. Grand prize winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. He must obtain proper documentation, (e.g., valid photo ID, etc.), prior to prize award or travel. The winner may be required to agree to a background check & to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in. Final details of the trip/prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If for any reason whatsoever, a winner is not able to accept any portion of the prize due to reasons such as, but not limited to physical impairment, mental disability, etc., he will receive an alternate prize at Sponsor’s discretion. At Sponsor's sole discretion, a cash option may be awarded in lieu of trip/experience portions of prize. If so, it will be payable in the form of a corporate check. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution by winner is permitted. Mention of a venue or service in advertisement or text does not mean it has been tested or approved by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner acknowledges the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or of any aspect of prize, except that prize will be subject to the prize provider’s stated warranty, if any. State & local laws, restrictions & regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, or use of certain prizes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Random drawing for the Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about 7/25/22 from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final & binding in all respects. Potential winner will be notified via email and/or overnight mail within two (2) business days. Three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a ten-day (10) day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within ten (10) days, or if email attempts are returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate will be selected in a separate random drawing. Potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability which must be signed & returned along with other documents required within ten (10) days of date printed on notification or become disqualified, and an alternate winner will be determined in a separate random drawing. Except where prohibited by law, entry & acceptance of prize constitute permission to Sponsor & Sponsor’s designee(s) to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, biographical information, prize won, photo/likeness, voice, video and/or statements, regarding the Sweepstakes for purposes of advertising, promotion & publicity in all forms of media, without notice, review or approval & without additional compensation. Prize awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability; Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. Winner will be required to furnish his Social Security number to Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent for tax reporting purposes & an IRS form 1099 will be filed in his name for the verified retail value of the prize won.
GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor & the independent judging organization, which are final & binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize. “Game pieces,” (i.e., contents of Set One or Set Two envelopes or any sweepstakes entry materials), that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by SCA or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null & void. If through printing or production errors, more winning messages are printed & distributed than those prize quantities offered in the Official Rules, no more than the actual number of prize(s) per the Official Rules will be awarded. All game pieces & materials mentioned herein are subject to verification. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify game pieces (including Set One or Set Two envelope contents) and/or a winning attempt. Game pieces & all such materials will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unauthorized or illegible in any way, or if they fail to contain special markings and/or security codes used by SCA.
Sponsor is also not responsible for any suspension of the Sweepstakes or inability to implement the Sweepstakes or award the prizes as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, pandemic, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator. Sponsor reserves the right to take action to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), or (iii) suspend entries if the Sweepstakes becomes unfairly impaired in any way & to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action; or (iv) modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or any & all prizes.
The Sweepstakes will be governed and interpreted under New York State law, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. All disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be governed and resolved individually without resort to class action through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. All arbitrator awards will be strictly limited to out-of-pocket costs without attorney fees unless a party resides in a state that prohibits limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Any matters herein that are not subject to arbitration will be heard in a state or federal court with jurisdiction and venue in New York County, New York.
RELEASE: Entrants individually and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”) hereby release, defend and hold harmless, Sponsor, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and all others associated with the Sweepstakes or prize fulfillment, and their respective employees, officers and directors (“Released Parties”) from all actions , claims, lawsuits or losses of every sort, known or unknown, that arise by an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance use or misuse of a prize.
All rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California & any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly & forever waived. Release herein is intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of such laws to preserve future unknown claims.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS:
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor & the independent judging organization, which are final & binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
